The After School Special > Flooring >

The finished bamboo flooring panels.

The darker bamboo is going to go in the living room area in the front and the lighter bamboo will be for the recording studio area in the back of the bus.

Bamboo grows really fast and makes for a great sustainable building material.  Some say it grows 24 inches in a day....quite a bit faster than the 50-150 years it can take for most hardwood trees to mature.  The manufacturing process could use a lot of improvements but bamboo is still a game changer in the effort to reduce clear cutting and massive deforestation.
